For years, Banksy has been getting away with almost everything imaginable.  He does his work fast, and he does it with quality.  The reason I think Banksy is the greatest street artist, is because he paints for a purpose. If you look closely at his stencil paintings, they have a purpose for where they are, and what they are.  For Ex: The Riot Policeman in the painting with Dorothy is supposed to represent Unlawful Search & Seizure.  This is just one example out of hundreds around Bristol.  From the general public point of view, and my own, these "Murals" only created a good vibe within the town.  They send a message to the people who look twice at the painting, and amaze the one's that look once. In my own opinion, I believe Banksy should be allowed to do these paintings legally.

I agree. I think that the paintings should be legal.
